This specimen is part of the Kiel University Herbarium.

The Kiel University Herbarium with the international herbarium code "KIEL" contains approximately 250,000 specimens collected over the course of a quarter of a millennium. It is the most extensive plant collection in Schleswig-Holstein. Its holdings include all plant groups, from algae to lichens, slime molds, fungi, mosses, ferns, gymnosperms and the large group of angiosperms. In addition, there are special collections such as pharmacist herbaria, carpological collections and wood samples.

The holdings of the KIEL herbarium are to be digitized and thus made accessible to science and the interested public. This work is currently being prepared.
