# Registration requests

The [registration requests view](https://igsn.uni-kiel.de/admin/registration_request/en/)
gives you an overview of your IGSN registration requests.

Each registration request has a unique request ID and is in a certain state. The
following is an overview of the different states a registration request can have.

Status | Description
------ | -----------
*Open* | If a request is in open state, you can make changes to your request.
*Pending* | This is the default state, when you have submitted a registration request via the IGSN Manager or through the default API. Pending requests must be approved by us.
*Approved* | This is the state after we have approved your request. Approved requests are added to our registration queue and processed as soon as possible.
*Denied* | A request is denied if we have encountered problems processing your request.
*Completed* | When an approved application has been finally processed, its status is set to completed.
